The attention of holders of, and of intend* ing applicants for PUBLICANS' LICENSES, whether Accommodation Licenses or other* wise, is called to the 13th section of " The Licensing Act, 1873" (No. 74), which renders it necessary that all applications must be signed by ten householders, and lodged with the Clerk to the Bench, on or before TUES DAY, the 3rd MARCH, 1874.
