The Lease of Claim (9 acres, 3 roods, 12 perches), situate at Irishman's Creek, Alpine Range, Lyell, Together with, Tramway, Paddock, Hut, Blacksmith's Shop, &c. Lot 2. The Right, under agreement with the Alpine Quartz-mining Company (Registered), for the use of the Alpine Company's Battery, &c, for crushing about four hundred and thirty-one tons quartz. Lot 3. A quantity of Mining Tools, &c.
