Parliament has re-assembled, and the debate on Captain Ross's case resumed. A murder of three men at Pranibing by a lunatic is reported. - A rush has taken place to Endeavor River. Several steamers laid on. Three, stowaways, convicts from New Caledonia, reached Sydney ; and two Frenchmen arrived at Brisbane in an open boat, having escaped and eluded the guard. Four seamen have been committed for rape on a married woman. A new Ministry, has been formed at Queensland, with Macalister as Premier. His policy includes the gradual abolition of ad valorem duties, immigration, and free selection within limited areas. The City of Melbourne leaves Sydney with the Californian mails on Saturday.
