' The New River Water-race Company now announce with pleasure that, after two and a half years' labor on the construction of their Race, they have completed it to Brandy Jack's Point, "Limestone diggings, and, as it here commands a large extent of payable ground, the Company, in anticipation of a very great demand being made for water about this locality, have taken steps to bring in Ten Extra Heads of Water from Italian's Creek, which, when added to their present supply, will make about Thirtyfive ; Heads of: Water running in their Race, making it the Second Largest Race in the County of Westland, and as the supply, by constructing two reservoirs, will be almost unlimited, the Company have determined upon very liberal terms, so that miners may profitably work even poor ground.
