Locally, we note a sale of a line of about 10,000 bushels at Kaiapoi, for which 4s 9d , was the figure, , The millers' quotation for flour is HI 10s iD sacks, and Ll2in bags, in ■ Cbristchnrch, . with 10s ; per ton "extra if placed f o.b. in Lyttelton. There is an improv. d feeling in outs, butthereis no change in price, whioh still remains at 4s 6d. For barley, we can only repeat our previous nominal quotation of 6s 9d. Grass seeds are still dull of sale. In farm and dairy pro* duee, there is not a great deal doing. Butter > not in gw*t,4«P»nd at, Bay lid. Oh«a«
w dull We hear of an actual of five tons at 7^tl Bacon aud hams remain at 8d uncovered, and B£d in cloth. Potatoes are heavy of sale at our former quotation of 355.
