The following are the entries for the two principal events at the summer meeting : — Canterbury Cup, of 250 soys, added to a Sweepstake of 15 soys each; 5 soys for forfeit ; second horse to save his stake. Nominations, with 5 soys, to be made to the Secretary of the C.J.C. on or before 8 p.m. on Monday, September 1, 1873. 5 : soys on the day of general entry, and 5 soys at the post.
