Albion leaves Nelson this morning early, and will be despatched from this port to-morrow morniDg. Intending passengers must procure their tickets at the office of the agents to-day, and hold themselves in readiness for an early start, as the Dispatch will leave the wharf at 6 a.m. The Claud Hamilton may be looked for off the Coast to-morrow, and will be at once despatched for Melbourne, via Nelson, Wellington, and the East Coast ports. Intending passengers, per this vessel, must likewise hold themselves in readiness. > A vessel supposed to be the Circe, from Melbourne, was off Hokitika on Saturday. The Waipara has returned from Okarito tp Hokitika; having been unable to enter, the channel being almost blocked up. ThenewwharfatPortChalmerswillbe completed about half in five months, and the.remainder in fifteen months. The Duke of Edinburgh was a three-masted schooner, owned in Auckland by the firm of Cowley and Daldy, and was for many years trading as a steamer between Auckland and the Thames. She was altered to her present rig about a year ago.
