In May, 1871, plaintiff agreed with; defendant to go to New Zealand to work a share; that Moran hbld in a claim' at Addiaou's Flat. Plaintiff . went, and claims seventy.four. ; weeks' ! wages, at the rate of L 5 per week, and Li 32 for law costs against th&. slikreholders for refusing to allow him to work Moran's \Bhare. j ; acknowledged haying- received, L43 7s.
