For the ordinary school fee, the following subjects will be taught :— English, French, Spanish, Latin, Greek, Arithmetic, Bookkeeping (single and double entry), Algebra, Euclid, Mensuration, Geography, Navigation, Astronomy, Optics, Pneumatics, Chemistry, Reading, Writing, Composition, Correspondence, and Elocution. A Female Assistant Teacher will be provided. The Pupils will be under the supervision of the Head Master on the play ground ; and every endeavor will be made to render them well-mannered. During the ordinary school hours, only such subjects will be taught as belong to a thorough English education. N.B.— Sixteen of Mr Ahearn's pupils i>assed the Matriculation and Civil Service examinations at the Melbourne University. T^T I G.H T SCHOOL.
