Melbourne, May 1. Telegrams have been received in all the Oolonioo from. Earl Ktraborloy, stating. that as the Colonies are not unanimous on the question of selecting a mail terminus, and as there is no time for consideration before, the termination of the present contract, the Peninsula and Oriental Company offer to continue the service for two years at present rates, or for three years at an annual reduction of L 12,000.
