Jewelry, consisting of Watchs, Clocks, jßings, &c. At same time, ex Kennedy, 70 pairs Fowls 3 do Guinea Fowls. WEDNESDAY, 7th MAY, t .At 2 o'clock sharp. To Hotelkeepers, Speculators, and Others. IMPORTANT UNRESERVED SALE OF SLATTERY'S HOTEL, STOCK-IN-TRADE, FURNITURE, FITTINGS, &c. DI -S AA C S AN D CO. • have received instructions from the Mortgagee to Bell by public auction, on Wednesday 7th inst., at 2 o'clock sharp, on the premises, Central Broadway, Reefton, All that desirable and valuable Property, comprising SLATTERY'S HOTEL and ODDFELLOWS' HALL ; together with priority of right to C6ft. frontage to Broadway by a depth of 198 ft., upon which the premises are erected. At the rear of the buildings is a closely fenced, well stockedkitchen and flowergarden. The Hotel is a two-storey building, faithfully erected of wood and iron, being 33ft by 52ft M and contains handsomely decorated bar, lofty billiard-room, two comfortable parlors, spacious dining-room, eleven well ventilated bed-rooms, convenient kitchen, scullery, laundry, and dry. cellar ; the whole being fitted with every requisite and well suited for a first-class commercial trade. The Hall is substantially built of well seasoned timber, and occupies a frontage of 22ft. to Broadway by a depth of 40ft* The Stock-in-Trade consists of Wines, Spirits, Ale, Porter, Cordials, &c. After which will be sold tbe well kept and nearly new Household Furniture, comprising — Tables, chairs, iron bedsteads, bedding, looking-glasses, plated ware, cutlery, china, glass, and a large quantity of kitchen utensils. The Auctioneers hare much pleasure in calling the attention of hotelkeepers, speculators, and others to this valuable hotel property, as its position end superior accommodation must at all times command a firstclass rendy-money trade.
