Notice is hereby given that the following Bye-Law number four (4) was passed by the Council of the Borough of Greymouth, at a meeting held on Saturday, the 12th day of April, 1573. BYE-LAW No. 4. Bye-law of the Council of the Boiough of Greymouth, made under part 13 of the "Municipal Coiporations Act, 1867- " In pursuance of the powers and provisions contained in part 13 of the "Municipal Coiporatious Act, 1867," the Council of the Borough of Greymouth ordains as follows : That is to say — Ist. The whole of the subdivisions of the Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Gih, Sth, Otb, 10th, and 11th parts ; and Ist, 2nd, and 3rd sub-divisions of the sth part j and Ist, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Cth, 7th, and Sth sub-divisions of the 7th part of the 13th schedule to the said Act are hereby adopted in and for the said Borough. 2nd. The following Bye-law, heretofore existing, is repealed : That is to say — The Bye-law numbered 1, intituled a "Bye-law for the adoption of the whole of the sub-divisions contained in the 13th schedule of the said Act."
