Three-fourths of the entire number^ of shares (5000 of £10 each) having been already subscribed for, early application is necessary for any portion of the remainder, as the share list must be closed on the deputation from the above Committee leaving here (in about a week from this date) for the purpose of conferring with the Provisional Directors in Wellington.
