All entries and acceptances must be* in writing, specifying age and description of horse and colors oi rider, and enclosing the requsite money. ■ All horses must be ridden in colors. All parties entering a horse must pay the sum of 3 soys. to the Race Fund (unless a member of the Club,' who shall pay 1 sbv ) in order to qualify themselves, entries for the Hack Race only being excepted.
