For Nelson, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff Harbor, and Melbourne— TARARUA, Rouse, commander, on or about 27th February. Unless passengers book at the office of the Agents one hour prior to the departure of the tender Dispatch, they will require to pay their own fare over the bar.
