On Tuesday last a notice, signed by the solicitor to the Treasury, was served on the solicitor for the claimant, "to the effect that Lady Doughty was so dangerously ill that it was deemed advisable, on the part of the Crown, to have her! ladyship's depositions with regard to this case taken at once.
