Flour remains firm at Ll4, for local use. Oats are somewhat easier, several small parcels having been ia the market for some days past at 2s 4d. The dry weather is causing ' serious apprehension for the crops, as already the oata on the light lands are almost past hope. The wheat in some districts is looking well, and although the yield will be light, the quality is expected to be Rood. Dairy produce comes forward very plentifully ; butter has been sold at 4Jd to sd, and new cheese is in abundant aupply at 4&. Hams and bacon are unchanged.
