RULES AND REGULATIONS : No entries will be received except upon this condition : — That the decision of the Stewards or those whom they may appoint will be final. Three entries for each race, and in the event of a handicap accept, or. the money withheld. \ The second horse iv the deciding heat to be declared the winner of the second prize. The stakes will be paid, less 5 per cent, for expenses, at 9 o'clock on the evening of each day's sport.
