As Dr Sparling, who had wade the post mortem examination;' deposed that he had found no marks of violence, and that death had been caused by apoplexy, the Bench declined to commit the prisoners, and they were discharged. All three looked most stupidly unmoved while the proceedings were going on, though Mr Gaunt said they should remember their muchievious act as long as they lived. -
