Dispatch, tng steamer Wallace, from Nelson 10, from Melbourne. St Kilda, from Wanganui

Yesterday was a blank day at this port, there being neither arrivals nor departures, owing to tbe freshet in the river and the heavy sea running on the coast. The steamers St Kilda and Wallace, which have been detained, will leave this morning for the north.
