Entrances — 7£ per cent, on the prizes to be given on each event, excepting boys' race. All entries to be paid to the Treasurer on or before Saturday, the 28th December, and not later than 10 p.m. Stewards to alter the starting of any races as circumstances may require. Competitors are requested to appear in distinctive colors ; the same to be declared on day of entry, Rules to be strictly adhered to.
