Per Cleopatra, for Lyttelton : 150 tons coal, Nanoanw, Henderson and Co.
Tho s.s. Kennedy arrived last evening from Nelaon, Westport, and Hokitika. She arrived at Hokitika early yesterday morning, and came en here in the evening. She will sail north to-day. The 8.8. Tararua had not shown up off Hokitika when tho teleqiaph office. closed last evening. She is almost sure to be there this morning, ana be tendered during the day, taking passengers for all New Zealand ports and Melbourne, via the Bluff. The schooner Cleopatra, bound for Lyttelton, with a cargo of coal, was towed to sea yesterday forenoon by the Dispatch. The s,B. Claud Hamilton is expected to arrive to-morrow via the ports, when she will take passengers for Melbourne direct. Tire- schooner Garibaldi, when off Fox's, on her trip from Hokitika to Westport^ shipped some heavy seas, one of which car--ried away more than half her bulwarks on the port side, and it was necessary to keep the pumps going for many hours to reduce water shipped in the hold.
