MR CHARLES PRINCE, late Prin. cipal of the Classical School, Westbury East, St Kilda, Victoria, and formerly Head Master of the Grays Grammar School, Essex, England, begs respectfully to announce that he has commenced in one of the large rooms at Mr JOHNSTON'S PRIVATE HOTEL, Mackay street, during the erection of a permanent building for Boarders and Day Pupils.
