Madrid, June 19. The now Ministry has resigned. The Carlißt insurrection is over. The Government has received news of the re-appearance of Crrlos in Galacia. The Spanish steamer Guadaysa, at: Marseilles, crowded with passengers, exploded her boilers ; 44 passengers and LI of the crew were killed. She afterwards took fire, which communicated with the dock, and many hundred bales of cotton were consumed. -
