Madrid, June 19. The now Ministry has resigned. The Carlißt insurrection is over. The Government has received news of the re-appearance of Crrlos in Galacia. Gassel, the new Minister of the Colonies, telegraphed to the Governor of Cuba to formally uphold the integrity of the Government, and chastise its enemies. It is proposed to reorganise the militia of the Kingdom. It is reported that a coalition between Carlists and Inteinationalits is forming. An extensive fire at L' -bon hrs caused much damage.
The Spanish steamer Guadaysa, at: Marseilles, crowded with passengers, exploded her boilers ; 44 passengers and LI of the crew were killed. She afterwards took fire, which communicated with the dock, and many hundred bales of cotton were consumed. -
