FRANCE.
Negotiations for the evacuation are progressing rapidly. Marne and Haut Maine will be cleared in a few weeks after signing the convention, details of which will shortly be completed. At a collision on the Orleans railway thirty persons were injured and several killed. The Right in the Assembly resolved to demand of Thiers to dismiss some of the Ministers. Thiers objects to the triumvirate, but favors the appointment of Grevy as Vice-President. The German Ambassador, Yon Aiuim, requires the full payment of the indemnity by March 2, 1874. .
