The numerous recent arrivals have not yet wmmenced discharging cargo, bat should the weather break to-day, bulk will be lr>>ken. .The ss Albion io expected here to-morrow from cooat ports and Nelson, when she will be despatched for Melbourne direct. . At a court-martial held recently at Portsmouth, Mr Robert Gilmore M'Colman, assistant-surgeon, borne as supernumerary on the books of the Duke of Wellington, pleaded guilty to a charge of wilfully disobeying the lawful command of Captain the Hon. H. C. Glyn of the Duke of Wellington, and was sentenced to bo dismissed from her Majesty's service. Her Majesty's ship Rosario, Capt Chollis, took her departure from Auckland, on a cruise on the 29th alt. "
