"Building and Land Societies Act,. 1866," for the purpose of providing for the erection or purchase of dwelling houses, or , any real or leasehold estate, to be secured by mortgage to the Society, to enable persons possessed of land to erect buildings thereon, to grant loans to members on the security of freehold or leasehold property, to grant loanß to members on the security of their shares, to facilitate tne accumulation of small Bums of money, and for other benefits as provided for in the above-mentioned Act. . ' It is proposed to divide the shares into two classes— L c. , Class A, aiid Class B. Shares in Class A to be of the amount of £25 each, the.principalto be paid at once.
