It is proposed to establish a Society under the " Building and Land Societies Act, 1866," for the purpose of providing for the., erection or purchase of dwelling houses/ or" , any real or leasehold estate, to be secured by ' mortgage to the Society, to enable persons possessed of land to erect buildings wereon, to grant loans to members on the security of freehold or leasehold property, to grant loans to members on the security of their shares, to facilitate the accumulation of small sums of money, and for other benefits as provided for ii} the above mentioned Act. It is proposed to divide the shares into two classes— ie., Class A, and Class B. Shares in Class A to be of the amount of . £25 each, the principal to be paid at once. On , these interest will be' paid, and an annual bonus out of the surplus profits. Shares in Class B will be of the ultimate value of £25, to lm pau. by a subscription of 5s per month per uhare, until such subscrip- , tion and share of profits shall amount to' £25, when the holder of the share will be en-' titled to receive the amount in cash, or have it transferred to Class A. An entrance fee of 2s 6d per share will be charged on allotment of shares in either Class. ...
