The Government having been empowered y special Acts of the Legislature to enter ito contracts for Insurances on Lives, and )r the grants of Annuities and Endowments, re now prepared to execute any of the usual ontracts dependent upon the contingencies f human life. All transactions, and powers pf attorney and other documents, are free of Stamp Duty and all taxation. l 2. No charge is made beyond the purchase money or premium, which ; may. , be paid half-yearly or quarterly. 3. Should the assured die during the days : of grace, thepolicy willatifl be valid. 4. Surrender values are granted on the ■whole or any part of a contract which has endured for five year?, 5.
