The three-masted schooner Garibaldi was the vessel about which there was a doubt She has been off the port for two days. On Monday night the Despatch ran out to her, bat owing to the weather, was unable either to bring her tow in or return herself, and consequently had to remain in the roadstead the whole of yesterday. The p s Charles Edward is announced to leave this evening for Weatport and Nelson, bat wo hardly think she can get away at the time we refer to.
