The London correspondent of the Mancluster Guardian writes : — v A communication has been addressed, it is said, from Berlin to our Government on the subject of the International, Society, with the view of coming to some agreement on the subject of extradition. The EmperorKing has become uneasy, we are told, at the progress which. the confederacy of workmen is making throughout Germany. His nephew, the Czar, shares his misgivings; and if England could be induced to enter into reciprocal engagements, for the hunting down of the Society, other Governments would be summarily required to join the repressive League. It is even said -that in his anxiety to accomplish his purpose the victor of Sedan has tried the persuasive influences of bis own imperial pen, addressing himself to the once familiar theme of 'dynasties in danger. ' What Lord GranvUle may have said or written on the subject we shall doubtless know when Parliament meets, for extradition is a question about which even a light breath of rumor is always sure to make a rustling in the legislative leaves."
