A severe accident occurred to Mrs James Mackay, juh., the other day at the Thames, by which she sustained a compound fracture of the arm between the wrist and elbow. At the tinto of the accident Mrs Mackay was riding past Banks's slaughter-yard, when her saddle, owing to the girths not having been properly fastened, turned over, and she was thrown, sustaining the injury' abovenamed.
