NOTICE is hereby givto that the Twentythird annual MEETING of the members of the Society will be held at the Principal Offices, New Pitt street, Sydney, on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of APRIL next, at 2.30 p.m.,for the purpose of . 1. Receiving the Report of the Directors on the business of the Society for the past year. 2. Electing two Directors in beu of Boulton Moluieaux, Esq., and John Fairfax, Esq., who retire in terms of By law IL, both of whom are eligible for re-election. 3. Electing an Aditor in lieu of Henry Phillips, Esq., who' retires in terms of By-law XVII. The following duly qualified members have intimated their intention of being candidates for tho Seats to become vacant at the Board of Directors, viz :— JOHN FAIRFAX, Esq. S. A. JOSEPH, Esq. J. H. GOODLET, Esq.
