Phillips. The whole of the buildings are new, and in splendid repair. The Hotel is centrally situated, and consists of bar, two sitting-rooms, five bedrooms, dining-room, and kitchen, all thoroughly painted and papered throughout, and furnished with every requisite for comfort and convenience, and doing an extensive and lucrative trade. The Store is under the same roof with the hotel. The Bakery is close to the hotel, having a new brick oven, and doing the best trade in the district.
