Judgment for the defendant for the amount claimed with costs. % . _../:- Carter v. LeonL— A claim of LlO 3s 5d for beef. The defendant denied .his sole liability, and said that a former mate of his named Babtite had settled lor onethird of the account. Adjourned to the 13th March to enable the defendant to procure further evidence. Carter v. Robertson and Rumble.~-A claim tor Lls for meat. Verdict for the amount with costs. Muir y. Flanagan,— A claim of Ll4 Is, 2d. This case was adjourned for 14 days to allow the plaintiff to render a complete bill of particulars. ■
