The rules of the Greymouth Jockey Club I will be enforced, unless otherwise specified. _ No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the stewards, or whoever they may appoint, shall in all cases be final, and all law proceedings barreiL All entries for the Hack Race are to be made subject to the approval of the ocewards. Entries and nominations to be made on Saturday evening, the 16th day of March, i previous to 8 o'clock, at the Albion Hotel, Greymouth. All entries and acceptances must bo iv writing, specifying age and description of horse and colors of rider, and enclosing the requisite money. All horses must bo ridden iv colors. All pan ies entering a horse must pay the sum of threo soys to tho Race Fund (unless a member of tho Club, who shall pay one soy ) ii. order to qualify themselves, entries for tho Hack Race only being oxcepted. Acceptors for tho Greymoutb Jockey Club Handicap must pay the Raco Fund qualification fee. Threo horses for all races must enter (and, in the event of a handicap, accept) or the public money will be withheld. All stakes paid les3 5 per cent towards expenses. . Nominations (if received ir>. time) bearing pest mark of 16th March will be received , Any horse found galloping upon the sours previous to 18th March will be disqualified.
