NOTtCE is hereby given, tLat Harry Kenrick, of Greymouth, in the County of Westland, gentleman, has become and now is sole Trustee of the Estate and effects respectively 6f MINNIE BROWN, of Greymouth aforesaid, dance girl, it bankrupt ; of WILLIAM DAVIE, of Greymouth, wardsman, a batikrupt ; and of CHARLES WILSON, of the Greenstone, in the County aforesaid, storekeeper, a bankrupt ; and that a public sitting of this Conrt will be held; on the TWELFTH day of APRIL next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Greymouth, for the said bankrupts respectively to pass their last examinations, and to make application for their discharges ; and further, that it is the intention of the said bankrupts respectively then and there to make such application, as aforesaid. : Dated this 28th day of February, 1872.
