The town sections in Campbell Town ore in the immediate vicinity, of the recently constructed Wanganui Bridge, while those in Wanganui will ere long command a high value, owing to. the rapid progress being made by that town, which is the commercial entrepot for the large and flourishing country districts surrounding it. The town, suburban, and rural sections in the Manawatu District are also highly eligible as investments. This district is the centre of large Public Works in the shape of roads, bridges, and tramways, which will be completed within a reasonable period.
