WARDEN'S COURT.
(Before Mr Warden Revell.) Monday, January 15. Johanna Trahey v. Montgomery and party. — An action to recover L 5, damages for alleged trespass. Mr Perkins, who appeared for the plaintiff, asked leave to withdraw the case, as it was not within his Worship's jurisdiction. The land was freehold, and the case would have to be brought on in another Court. Mr Guinness, who appeared for the defence, applied for costs, which were granted. Kelly and party v. Keith and party. — An action to recover LlB, damages for flooding plaintiffs claim. The following gentlemen were chosen assessors: — Messrs Wm. Hogarth, Chas. Wall, Geo. Robson, and George Cole, who were at once despatched in a special tramway car to view the ground. When they returned in the afternoon the case was resumed, and after a number of witnesses had been examined, and Mr Guinness for plaintiffs, and Mr Perkins for defendants, "the assessors gave a verdict : for defendants with costs.
