■■• ■:' • AHAURA. - «;..,- (Before Mr Warden Whitefoord.) Martin Lonangini and Nicola Bazele v. Simeon Luckeon.— A complaint against defendant for disobedience of an order of the Court, :and a claim \ for damages for alleged illegal interference. The parties had. been mates in a claim- at -the Mosquito lead, Napoleon, and in consequence of continual squabbles among them, the Court interfered, and made an order for a dissolution of partnership and a settlement of accounts on the 21st December. The defendant was allowed ten days from that date to dispose of his interest, but he had not taken any steps towards doing so. At the end of twelve days from the date of the award the complainants marked a new claim, being a portion of the old one, and they alleged that the defendant, by his vexatious interference, prevented them from working. The defendant made a long and rambling defence, at the end of which the Warden gave a verdict for the plaintiffs, with L 3 costs and professional costs. Mr Staite for the complainants. A number of applications were disposed of, and the Court adjourned to the,! Bth January. -
