cholera. She sailed from Stettin on'the 10th October, touching at Copenhagen on the 12th, and la-er at Christiansand. At the latter port, she received 22 cabin and 611 steerage passengers, and a crew of 67 men Ten days out the first case of cholera made its appearance among the steerage passengers, and, when the steamer pnt into Halifax to obtain coal, she had nearly 100 cases of cholera and choleraic diarrhoea, of which 40 proved fatal since leaving Halifax. One death has occurred since, and to-dy twelve patients suffering from cholera were sent to the West Bank Hospital." i
