His solicitor has moved an arrest of judgment, on the ground of badness of indictment. The Star authoritatively contradicts the report that Birch and Seaton have been appointed Sub-Immigration agents. It says there is no appointment ; they pay their own expenses, but are furnished with introductions to Dr. Featherstone, who remunerates or not, according to 'the value of services rendered.
