In consequence of the wires being down yesterday morning there was no meteorological report posted. The s.s. Kennedy is announced to sail for Westport nnd Nelson on Sunday. The p.s. Charles Edwardilid not leave yesterday at her advertised time on account of the fresh in the rivtr. She will leave the first opportunity for the North.
