T^OTICE is hereby given that Hany -*-" Kenrick, of Greymouth, Esquire, the Provisional Trustee herein, has become and now is the sole trustee of the estate and effects of the above-named bankrupt ; and further, that a public sitting of this Court will be held on the FOURTEENTH day of DECEMBER instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court House, Greymouth, for the said bankrupt to pass his last examination and to make application for bis discharge ; and further, that it is the intention of the said bankrupt then and there to make such application as aforesaid.
