[per grevihe's telegraph company, reuter's agents.] Dunedin, Nov. 30. Ewing has been committed for trial for shooting the Chinaman, but was admitted to bail; :The Chinaman pleaded guilty of larceny, and was sentenced to three months' imprisonment. The Sampson visited the wreck of the Ahuriri, and found the vessel in two halves. Of the after part only the boiler is visible. The fore part is resting on a rock about a cable's length from the shore, with five feet of water in it at low water, and three to four fathoms all round.
