A new Ministry of Radical composition is installed under Seuor Searrilla, Seuor Gueneze being Finance Minister. In its programme it promises order, the reconciliation of church and state, an equalised budget, friendly relations with Portugal and the Spanish. American republics, and to repress the Cuban insurrectian. The Cortes is adjourned till-October. A political amnesty is authorised. Some agents of . the International Society have been arrested, »nd some partisans of the Duke of Montpensier are implicated iv Marshal Prim's assassination. • •-•'•••,.■«
