[from ohh own correspondent.] Wellington, September 11. Mr Harriso nwill move in the House of Representatives to-morrow for copies of all correspondence and papers relative to tho arbitration between Westland and Canterbury. It is rumored to-day that the Governmeut will dissolve Parliament if the anti-Provincial proposals that are before the House are not carried.
