Pnblie Notices. THOROUGH COUNCIL, GREYMOUTH. NOTICE is hereby given that the following persons, viz., A. R. GUINNESS, G. S. SMITH, have been duly nominated as candidates for the office of Councillors for the East Ward, and that a Poll will be taken for the election of one person so nominated to serve as a Councillor for the said East Ward of the Borough of Greymouth, on THURSDAY, the FOURTEENTH day of SEPTEMBER instant, at the Volunteer Drill-shed, Werita street, to commence at eight of the clock a.m. and close at four of the clock p.m. precisely, before me, CHARLES WOOLCOCK, Returning Officer.
