In re Jamks Maqoffdt.—Mt Nowion applied on behalf of the trustees in the , bankrupt estate of James Magoffin, stow- I keeper, of Half-Ounce, to have Mr David Magoffin examined relative to some, pro-: perty, alleged to be under control of bankrupt. Mr David Magoffin having been put in the box, produced several letters received from his brother in Ireland, in-. ,.,. forming him that bankrupt was entitled/ lf to certain moneys under his father's will.* * Witness objected to give the letters up in the first instance, as. he considered them private, but. had not objected lately.
