[per gbeville's telegraph company, beuteb's agents.] DUNEDIN, August 10. The Scott Centenary celebration passed off very successfully. At the Banquet it was proposed to establish a Scott Scholarship in the University, and fifty guineas towards this object was subscribed in the room. Messrs Cutten and M'Glashan are candidates for the Roslyn seat, vacant by the resignation of Mr Henry Driver.
